Spencer Rockwell provides civil litigation services for a broad range of private and public clients with an emphasis on malpractice defense of medical, legal, and other licensed professionals. He also represents medical professionals in licensing and disciplinary issues before State Boards (BME, Nursing, Midwifery).

In addition, Mr. Rockwell defends public entity clients requiring services ranging from mediations through trial; employers in employment claims, in front of administrative agencies (including BOLI and the EEOC) and in civil proceedings; and property owners with landlord/tenant issues including evictions, defense of retaliation, and discrimination complaints. Mr. Rockwell represents clients in state and federal courts and administrative hearings.

Prior to law school, Mr. Rockwell worked for the Washington County Public Defender's office where he focused on misdemeanors, minor felonies and juvenile work. During law school he was a member of the Willamette Law Review, and continues his involvement through their Mock Trial Program.

Mr. Rockwell joined the firm in 2005. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Salem Riverfront Carousel.
