Gordon R. Hanna has practiced law for thirty years concentrating his practice on matters involving real estate and business law. He represents clients throughout the state. He is pragmatic and resolution oriented. Mr. Hanna has represented clients involved in nearly every type of real estate transaction or dispute. He has counseled clients on selection of the proper business form, the best way to structure the entity, contracts, compliance, lender workouts, and liens. He has guided clients through litigation both large and small. In addition he is a skilled mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Hanna is an engaging and entertaining speaker on topics related to law, real estate and construction.

Mr. Hanna is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was an alumni scholar. He is a past president of the Willamette Valley American Inn of Court, and has authored a chapter in the widely used Oregon State Bar CLE publication Oregon Pleading and Practice. Mr. Hanna is a speaker at the annual conference of Oregon real estate attorneys. Mr. Hanna serves on the boards of several private corporations. He joined Garrett Hemann Robertson P.C. in 2007.
