Kelly D. Noor brings her public services experience to the firm's public entity and school law practice, representing clients in legal areas including personnel, labor, and contracting matters. Ms. Noor is skilled in mediation as well as representation of clients at trial and legislative and administrative hearings. She understands the perspective of public entities having worked as a contract attorney and intern for the State of Oregon and State of Utah.
Most recently an attorney for Marion Polk Legal Aid Service, Ms. Noor represented clients at Social Security Administrative hearings, represented tenants in landlord and federal housing rights issues, counseled on family law issues, advised on poverty law rights, and coordinated pro bono programs. Since 2004 she has also been actively involved in developing future attorneys through her guidance of West Salem High School's Mock Trial team as an attorney coach.
