Eric W. Jamieson

Eric W. Jamieson practices business, tax and real estate law with an emphasis in corporate mergers and reorganizations, complex tax planning strategies, and real estate development. Mr. Jamieson has experience as legal counsel for both non-profit and for-profit companies, and provides general legal counsel to construction companies on operational issues, strategic planning, contract negotiation and dispute resolution. He also advises clients on tax-deferred exchanges, business acquisitions and sales, entity formation, succession planning strategies, and tax-exempt entities.

Mr. Jamieson holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Jamieson provided in-house counsel for regional family-owned civil construction company. He is licensed to practice in Oregon and Montana, and joined Garrett Hemann Robertson P.C in 2009.
