Anthony Kreitzberg practices law in the areas of business, real estate, and land use. His law practice is oriented primarily around transaction work regarding the formation of businesses, the purchase and sale of businesses, residential and commercial real estate transactions, residential and commercial real estate development, IRC 1031 exchanges, condominium development, and land use. He represents both private and public entities, and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Mr. Kreitzberg has extensive experience working on legal issues involving complex land transactions. He has extensive experience working on due diligence issues, wetlands, zoning, environmental assessment and cleanup, boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession claims, construction liens, leases, financing and other real property transaction issues.

Prior to joining the practice of law, Mr. Kreitzberg worked in the commercial finance industry for approximately 13 years, in the areas of commercial lending, leveraged buyouts, merger and acquisition financing, and venture leasing to venture capital financed start-up companies. He joined Garrett Hemann Robertson, P.C. in 1997.
